Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1 week and arrive in less than 2 weeks, if an item is out of stock it takes 6-8 weeks to build typically. We gladly except credit cards, bank wires, and checks, (all personal checks are held 10 business days before an order is shipped).
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds, all sales are final. We do guarantee that the table will be new and in new condition, and if there is any damage from freight we will remedy the issue as fast as possible, We will send a replacement part/s if needed so you can have your table set up and playing without having to wait for a freight claim to be complete.
What if there is Freight damage?
We haven't had any pool tables damaged by freight ever, but if it happens:
***NOTE any SHIPPING Damages with the delivery person on their paperwork before they drive off, otherwise damage during shipping will not be covered ***
Freight damage is obviously something that we can not control and we appreciate your cooperation for quick remedies in such atters. Machines are brand new when they are shipped and that's the way they should arrive to you! Noting damages on the freight companies paperwork before the freight driver leaves you with your machine makes the freight company liable for repairs and shipping. We will send a replacement part/s if needed so you can have your table set up and playing without having to wait for a freight claim to be complete.
Warranty
We provide a 1 year parts and labor warranty, you will not be responsible for any shipping, labor, or parts, you are 100% covered for 1 year from the day you take delivery.
